Alessandra Pescetta

Alessandra studied Dance and Art in Venice at the Accademia di Belle Arti. In 2005 she followed a course under the direction of Marco Bellocchio "Fare Cinema" She has directed numerous music videos for some of Italy's most well known musical talents such as Ligabue, Elisa and Subsonica as well as advertising campaigns for clients like, Lancia, Amaretto Di Saronno and Campari. Her social awareness film "Crisalide" on the theme of Anorexia was awarded a Bronze lion at Cannes advertising festival. Alessandra is of Venetian origin with homes in Milan and Sicily. She is passionate about Japan and it's culture and is completing her first feature film "The nightless city". The film is in post production and was co-proudced with London's rare noise records.
